Competition will Resume Today with Third and Final Round
Kuda Huraa, Maldives – Competition will resume today, in the Four Seasons Maldives Surfing Champions Trophy, with the three-fin Thruster division at Sultan Point in the Maldives at 10am (local time).

The third and final round of the 2014 event, will feature state-of-the-art contemporary equipment and be staged in pulsing 1.5 metre (3-5ft) reef break waves.
Today's event will decide the two surfers to qualify, for Sunday's Grand Champions Final, with all three divisions, of single-fin, twin-fin and triple-fin thrusters completed by this afternoon.
On Thursday, Californian surfer Taylor Knox, 43, (USA) defeated Dave Rastovich, 34, (Aus) to win the Twin-Fin Round.
On Wednesday, Rastovich put on an exhibition of classic surfing to narrowly defeat Hawaiian powerhouse Sunny Garcia in the Single-Fin Round.

Day three of the Four Seasons Maldives Surfing Champions Trophy followed a similar storyline to the previous rounds of competition as Joel Parkinson once again topped Adriano de Souza in their third straight final of the week.
